KesherSpend less time administering your club
Nobody joined a motorcycle club to keep a spreadsheet. Kesher takes the repetitive parts off whoever currently carries them, and makes sure the club survives that person standing down.
The job, by role
Each officer gets their own work, and only their own
Permissions follow the job rather than seniority. A treasurer can record dues without also being able to approve members; a road captain can post the destination without touching the money.
President & vice president
Everything, including approving members and appointing other officers.
Treasurer
Dues, spending, receipts and reimbursements. The books, and nothing else.
Road captain
Rides and events, the destination on the morning, and the club's photos.
Secretary
Announcements and the roster.
Sergeant at arms
Moderating the ride feed, and announcements.
Anyone else
Grant a single permission to one person without making them an officer.

The handover problem is the real one
Most club software gets bought because an officer stood down and took the roster, the dues history and the photos with them. On Kesher those belong to the club: the outgoing officer's access is removed, and nothing goes with them.

What setting up actually involves
We create the club and hand it to you. From that point the officers run it and we cannot see inside.
1 · Tell us about the club
Name, where you ride, and who the first officer is. Ten minutes.
2 · Add the roster
Names and emails. Members get a personal link — no passwords, nothing to set up.
3 · Post the first ride
The moment members RSVP to something, the club is on it.
