For alliances and multi-chapter clubs

One platform for every chapter

A national organisation, a regional group, or an alliance of independent clubs — each chapter runs itself, and the organisation gets a directory and a shared calendar without a way into anybody's roster.

The governing rule

Chapters publish upward. The organisation never reads downward.

This is the opposite of most multi-chapter software, and it is deliberate. An alliance of independent clubs is not a parent company: it has no business seeing a member's phone number or a chapter's bank balance, and a chapter that suspects otherwise will not join.

So the boundary is structural rather than a setting. A chapter chooses what it shares; nothing else is reachable from the organisation's side at all. There is no permission that turns it on.

What that means concretely

An organisation can see which clubs belong to it and how many members they have. It cannot see who those members are, what they paid, what they posted, or what any chapter's officers discussed.

What works now

Affiliation

A club claims membership of one alliance, several, or none. Independent clubs are first-class.

Directory

Every affiliated club listed in one place, filterable by affiliation, and opt-in per club.

Chapter independence

Each chapter's roster, money and posts are its own. No cross-chapter access exists.

Multiple memberships

A rider can belong to more than one chapter and switch between them.

Being straight about it

What is not built yet

The chapter model and the boundary are real. The organisation-level tooling on top of them is not, and we would rather say so than let you find out after committing:

Organisation-wide announcements

Planned. Today an alliance emails its chapters as it always has.

A shared events calendar

Planned. Chapter rides exist; publishing one upward does not yet.

Event registration at scale

Planned, and the reason several people asked. Not built.

An organisation admin screen

Planned. Alliances are recorded and claimable, but have no console of their own.

If you run an alliance and want these

Tell us which of them actually matters and roughly how many chapters you have. We would rather build the one you need next than four nobody asked for. The contact page reaches a person.
