KesherFree until it touches money
A club can run its whole operation on Kesher without paying — roster, rides, announcements, photos, the lot. You pay when you want Kesher to collect dues, take card payments, or run registration for an event — capabilities we plan to offer, and which are not available yet.

Two tiers, and an event fee
There is no member cap on any of them. A cap would punish exactly the clubs worth having, and make officers police their own roster to keep a bill down.

Roster and officer roles · rides and RSVPs · announcements · ride feed · photos · your own public page, colours and patch · a listing in the club directory · and a full export of your data whenever you want it.
Club + Treasury
For clubs that collect money.
Everything above, plus dues tracking, card payments for dues, merch and charity giving, club expenses and reimbursements with receipts, and your own domain.
Multi-day trips
For rides that need a plan, not a thread.
An overnight run is a different problem from a Sunday ride: rooms, legs and fuel stops, who is riding which day, luggage and chase vehicles, and a route that has to survive somebody dropping out on the Thursday. Planned once, visible to everyone going.
Events
Priced per event, paid by the organiser.
Registration with real capacity limits, ticket types, guest and partner rates, on-site check-in that works on a phone, and an attendee list the organiser owns.
The opening season is free for founding clubs
Kesher was built alongside its first clubs, and that is where it should be tested first. Every founding club gets the whole thing — including dues — at no cost while we get it right together. We would rather have your feedback than your money this year.
How the money works
A club's money stays the club's
When this becomes available: the member pays the club, not us. The club has its own payment account; the money never sits in a Kesher balance on its way somewhere else.
That means a club sets up its own payments before it can collect, and refunds are the club's to make. It is a little more work at the start, and it is what makes the money genuinely yours.
What we charge, and where
Our fee on a payment is shown as its own line — the card processor's fee, and then Kesher's. We will never fold a margin into a blended rate you cannot see. If you are being charged, you will be able to point at exactly what for.
Straight answers
What free actually means
Free to your club is not free to run. The hosting bill is real and grows with every club that joins, which is why the paid tiers exist at all — a handful of paying clubs covers the running costs for everyone else.
So we will not promise "free forever", because we cannot honestly guarantee it. What we will promise: we have no plan to charge for a roster, rides or announcements, and if that ever has to change, you get a year's notice and your data on the way out.
No advertising
We do not sell ads against your members' attention, and we do not sell member data to anyone. If a club wants to thank a local dealer or shop on its own page, that is the club's arrangement and the club's money — not an ad network, and not ours.
